We’ve received notice of a talk coming up on Wednesday 30th October
at the radio-oncology clinic of the Unispital Basel, on the challenges
of readjusting to everyday life after a cancer diagnosis. The talk
starts at 4.15 p.m. and finishes at 6 p.m. It will include topics such
as the support available from social services, physiotherapy, oncology
rehabilitation and psycho-oncological issues. There will be a Q & A
session at the end, and a guided tour of the radio-oncology department
and installations.
This is one in a series of talks given at the Unispital. They are in
German, and are authoritative, informative and always worthwhile.
