Researchers at the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Canada have cured
cancer last week, yet there is but little ripple in the news or on TV.
It is a simple technique using a very basic drug. The method employs
dichloroacetate, which is currently used to treat metabolic disorders,
so there is no concern of side effects or other long term effects.
The drug doesn’t require a patent, so anyone can employ it widely and
cheaply compared to the costly cancer drugs produced by major
pharmaceutical companies.
Canadian scientists tested dichloroacetate (DCA) on human cells; it
killed lung, breast and brain cancer cells and left the healthy cells
alone. It was tested on rats inflicted with severe tumors; their cells
shrank when they were fed with water supplemented with DCA. The drug is
widely available and the technique is easy to use, but why are the major
drug companies not involved, or the media not interested in this find?
In human cells there is a natural cancer fighting organelle, the
mitochondria, but they need to be triggered in order to be effective.
Scientists used to think that the mitochondria cells were damaged and
thus ineffective against cancer. They used to focus on glycolysis, which
is less effective in fighting cancer and more wasteful. The drug
manufacturers focused on the glycolysis method to fight cancer. DCA
treatment on the other hand doesn’t rely on glycolysis but instead on
the mitochondria; it triggers the mitochondria, which in turn fights the
cancer cells.
The effect of this allows for the reactivation of a process called
apoptosis. You see, mitochondria contain an all-too-important
self-destruct button that can’t be pressed in cancer cells. Without it,
tumors grow larger as cells refuse to be extinguished. Fully functioning
mitochondria, thanks to DCA, can once again die.
With glycolysis turned off, the body produces less lactic acid, so the
bad tissue around cancer cells doesn’t break down and seed new tumors.
Pharmaceutical companies are not investing in this research because DCA
method cannot be patented, and without a patent they cannot make money.
They’re currently making fortunes with their AIDS patent. Since the
pharmaceutical companies won’t develop DCA drugs, independent
laboratories should start researching DCA more to confirm all of the
above findings and begin producing drugs. All of the groundwork can be
done in collaboration with the universities, who will be glad to assist
in such research and can develop an effective drug for curing cancer.
This article hopes to raise more awareness of dichloroacetate, and to
hopefully inspire some independent companies and small startups to pick
up on this idea and begin producing life-saving drugs… because the big
companies won’t be touching it for a long time.

are constantly uncovering new evidence of marijuana's medical potential.

A doctor who's also a Pentecostal minister faces prison time and
$5.5 million in fines for marketing and selling a self-manufactured
product made of sunscreen preservative and beef extract flavoring as a
cancer cure to patients across the country, via ads on a religious TV
network.
Christine Daniel, 57, of Los Angeles, who operated a Mission Hills clinic under names such as Sonrise Wellness Center, was convicted late Monday in Los Angeles federal court of 11 counts of mail and wire fraud, tax evasion and witness tampering, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Daniel marketed and sold the bogus treatment that she and her employees claimed could cure many diseases and conditions, including cancer, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes and hepatitis, prosecutors said.
Daniel claimed the bogus cancer cure had a success rate of between 60 percent and 100 percent for Stage IV metastatic or terminal cancers, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Evidence presented during trial also showed that Daniel used her status as a minister to create a bond of trust with members of the Evangelical Christian community, an affinity that provided her with a market to sell her bogus treatment.
Daniel promoted the product under a variety of names--including "C-Extract," "the natural treatment" and "the herbal treatment"--through a program televised on the Trinity Broadcasting Network, according to court papers.
She and her employees falsely claimed that the product was made with herbs from around the world and was manufactured in a laboratory according to the needs of each patient, prosecutors said.
Depending on the purported level or strength of the herbal product, Daniel would charge her customers up to $4,270 for a one-week supply. She also offered a six-month treatment program for between $120,000 and $150,000.
Federal prosecutors presented evidence that Daniel's "treatment" did not cure anyone of cancer, nor was it was made from herbs from around the world or blended for individual patients.
Chemical analysis determined that the product contained sunscreen preservative and beef extract flavoring, among other ingredients, none of which could have had any effect on cancer or other diseases, according to expert testimony.
During the trial, the jury heard testimony from 28 victim-patients, or close family members of victims who had died while taking Daniel's product. The evidence showed that a significant percentage of Daniel's patients died within three month to six months after they started taking the bogus cure.
Daniel and employees working at her direction induced about 55 victims to send nearly $1 million to Daniel's Sonrise clinic, evidence showed.
Daniel is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Robert J. Timlin on Dec. 5. She faces a potential maximum of 150 years in federal prison, and fines totaling $5.5 million, prosecutors said.

Candida, Yeast and Fungus a Cancer – Baking Soda to Cure
Cancer, the leading cause of death in the U.S. surpassed heart disease in 2005 as the number one killer. As Dr. Tullio Simoncini, an
Italian Oncologist and author of Cancer is a Fungus, shares in this
video his very novel and safe treatment of cancer tumors… using nothing

Many people refuse to believe that excellent and brilliant doctors are being ousted from the medical community and that it’s happening to good doctors, since “everyone knows” you must be a liability to human life if you’re stripped of your medical license… right??? Hmmm, or they simply have a different approach that is not in alignment with allopathic health care.
Apparently, the reason why Dr. Simoncini was kicked out is because as an oncologist – a cancer specialist – he refused to use conventional cancer treatment methods, choosing instead to administer sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), which is absolutely HARMLESS, as opposed to the often lethal use of chemotherapy.

In this article I am NOT saying to ingest baking soda or anything like that.
I AM saying that I do believe that there are potentially far better cancer treatments available than chemo and radiation, and that more natural and less invasive treatments would be available if ‘we’ encouraged a vastly different method and approach to our health care system.

While little attention is paid to the impact of plain and simple infections that many of us encounter at least at some point in our lives if not often.
It is now believed that only 30% of health is derived from genetics, the other 70% we do have control over from within our lifestyle and habits. This means that severely limiting our exposure to household chemicals, eating right, maintaining a strong immune system are perhaps our most valuable tools in preventing cancer in the first place.
Dr. Simoncini’s research has led him to believe that something as simple as a fungus, Candida, is the leading cause of cancer, and that cancer itself is in fact a fungus. He postulated that what we refer to as a tumor, is nothing more than the human body’s attempt at protecting itself from the Candida fungus.
The following figures concerning the coexistence of Candida and cancer have been collected by several authors:
Dr. Simoncini’s explanation for how this phenomenon works – how Candida leads to deadly cancer – is that it’s a consequence of the weakening and exhaustion of your organs, and eventually your entire body, in the following stages:
1. Candida roots itself in your deep connective tissue in various organs
2. As a result, this evokes an organic defensive reaction as the connective tissue of your invaded organ attempts to encyst the fungi colonies through cellular hyper-production, which results in the formation of tumors
3. Growths continue as the fungi spreads, both in your surrounding tissue, and remotely (aka “metastasis”). It is still always the same Candida attacking different tissues, but due to its highly adaptive qualities it is able to mutate to adapt itself to whatever environment it finds itself in, hence the various types of tumors
4. Your body becomes progressively more exhausted, which allows the fungi to spread and take over more rapidly

Cancer Cure Announced in 2008 Has Resulted in Near Eradication of the Disease
It was September of 2008 when cancer researchers first announced there was consensus that an internal pathway to cancer, if blocked, would eradicate cancer in our lifetime. While other cancer experts had staunchly maintained there will never be a cure for cancer,
in just the past four years cancer deaths have almost vanished, cancer
patients are surviving indefinitely, and preventive medicine specialists
attribute it all to the new paradigm rapidly adopted after the
scientific community announced natural foodstuffs that block this key
cancer pathway would be added to the human food chain worldwide.
The world then quickly mobilized to eradicate cancer as if it were a communicable disease like polio. To set an example, the President of the United States ordered all meals served at the White House to contain these natural cancer blockers and Krapf Foods, a major supplier of processed foods, said it would make sure all foods it produces include these cancer blockers and are labeled as such.
The American Cancer Society also rapidly changed course, abandoned efforts to detect cancers as they occur and turned its might in the direction of prevention. CBA-TV then aired a special report to the world identifying the natural molecules that block cancer. The turn-around has been astonishing, says Dr. Igor Borkofsky, head of the World Health Organization.
The eradication of cancer couldn't have come any too soon. Pools of funds to provide cancer care were dwindling rapidly with the growth of aging populations throughout the world. Cancer is a disease of aging. Dr. Madeline Hankin of the International Cancer Institute says health insurance plans would have become insolvent by now if this cure had not been implemented so rapidly.
The cure came just as the world realized natural molecules activate more genes than man-made medicines and patents for most of the major blockbuster prescription drugs had expired.
While Wall Street first moaned when stock prices for pharmaceutical companies like Eli Pilly, Fizer, Rabbit Labs, Glaxko-Smith-Krime and Roach plummeted and are no longer traded on the stock exchanges, nutriceutical companies filled the void and are now have a total market capitalization five times that of what pharmaceutical companies once enjoyed.
"So many billions of dollars became available that were no longer being wasted to help cancer patients live just a few months longer that there was plenty of new capital for the nutriceutical companies," says Jamey Diamond, JP Morgan chief.
The universal pathway that leads to nearly all cancers, involves an over-activated protein called NF-Kappa-B. When it was discovered chemotherapy and radiation therapy for cancer actually activate NF-Kappa B, thus promoting cancer, these therapies were suddenly abandoned. NF- Kappa B is a protein that binds to DNA and controls the flow (transcription) of genetic information from DNA to RNA.
The broad list of natural anti-NF Kappa B inhibitors was revealed in 2006 and posted online at major news sources. Some of the more prominent NF Kappa B inhibitors are vitamin D, resveratrol from grapes, curcumin from turmeric spice, thymoquinone from black cumin, allicin from garlic, quercetin from red onions, EGCG from green tea, tocotrienols from palm oil and annatto bean, eugenol from cloves, IP6 phytate from rice bran, sulphoraphane from cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, berberin from Oregon grape, gingerol from ginger, and ellagic acid from pomegranates.
It is four years now since that historical announcement that prompted the world to mobilize to eradicate cancer. As early as 2004 cancer researchers recognized the over-production of NF-Kappa B protein was the "missing link" in understanding how to quell cancer. NF-Kappa B protein triggers most of the inflammation in the human body, which is a hallmark of cancer.
"It was only a matter of time from that point forward before cancer would be cured in our lifetime," said a cancer researcher.
Pharmaceuticals companies had filed numerous patents for man-made versions of NF-Kappa-B inhibitors, but it was quickly realized that natural molecules were more effective and far less costly. NF- Kappa B is a protein that binds to DNA and controls the flow (transcription) of genetic information from DNA to RNA.
